Unfortunately as I've found with many Chinese restaurants, their customer service is basically non-existent. I've never seen any of the employees smile, I don't even know if they have teeth. They are very short and rude when you call on the phone & usually don't have anything pleasant to say. I wish they delivered b/c when I want Chinese at night I really don't like coming here b/c the neighborhood isn't the best. However, I put up with all of this ratchetness because the food is really fresh and delicious. " More >
