What you get is fresh seafood directly sourced from local fisherman. This means if an item is not on the menu that day, that means the fisherman didn't catch it. They do not substitute with frozen! My wife & I had our wedding meal here which was fabulous. Every guest loved it, including British folk that said they do not normally eat fish. They devoured their meal! The evening prior to the wedding we went to meet with the manager to iron out some last minute details.
