We had had a couple of recommendations for the Trinity, and stopped by in the afternoon to have a look. They were having a wine tasting, so we participated in that and while talking to ..."others at the tasting, we heard more good things about the restaurant, so we went ahead and made reservations for that evening. Our dinner was wonderful, beginning with the goat cheese with raspberry-jalapeno sauce, which was out of this world. Then the dinner itself. Halfway through we asked for take-out boxes so we would have room for dessert, since our hotel room had a refrigerator. During the discussion about dessert, my husband asked if we were going to share one, and I said "Oh, no. This is our anniversary. I'm having my own."
