Lunch buffet usually includes smoked chicken wings, barbecued ribs, and pulled pork (with choice of three styles of sauce - "Carolina", "Original", or "Sweet & Spicy"). This is in addition to fried or broiled chicken, baked fish fillets, pork chops and more. Dinner buffet adds a number of other smoked meats.
