"Our eldest grandson was graduating from Texas Tech. My wife and I and our grandson's parents arrived in town the night before. Our grandson picked Triple J's and made reservations, which was a good thing since they were slammed with graduation weekend. We had a round of drinks and then a nice meal. ..."Service was a little slow, but really okay considering how busy they were. We had the 12-oz honey pepper rib-eye; chicken-fried steak (2); rosemary chicken; and Caesar salad with salmon (2). All except the two salads also had a dinner salad which was very nice. We had their "Widd'ln Sticks" appetizer and a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. My rib-eye was cooked right and pretty good, but had a little too much fat for me, even for a rib-eye. My son only ate half of his chicken-fried steak, but his wife finished all of hers (?). Our grandson and his girlfriend said their salmon salads were very good. Overall the meal was good, but not exceptional; the service was good especially with the crowd; an...

"The parking lot is wierd here, it's very close to residential homes. As with other reviewers, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car unattended, so I covered up anything I thought someone would break in to steal lol and, I'm not sure if it's the same guy but we too were approached buy a bum and as..."ked for money... Kinda felt obligated, like if we didn't give a dollar I might have A broken window when I got back to my car lol

We then waited about 5 mins(which doesn't sound that long but really is when it's not that busy, there's plenty of servers and open tables, and the servers keep looking over at you standing there but don't greet you or anything!) so were finally sat, and we get our drinks and chips and salsa pretty quickly. The salsa is very good. I don't remember the exact name of the plates We ordered so I'...

"This was my first time to this location. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all, we were sat quickly and our server took our drink order: very easy: two waters. It took forever for him to rerun with our drinks but we were happy to see he atleast brought the bread with him. It was lunchtime so my boy..."friend and I got the bloomin onion app, and each had the steak sandwich w au jus and mashed potatos as a side. We waited for quite a while for the food, and had to ask a random server for refills-twice. As it turns out, It was our servers lunch break, we watched as he laughed with some co workers, played with his keys, and then left the restaurant. We just looked at eachother and laughed! Really? He didn't even have the courtesy to let us know he'd be leaving. Eventually the bartender aproached us and explained it was his lunch time and that she's going to he our server now (along with the 4 other tables in the section) so even though we had a new server, we still had to wait forever for eve...
