I love Asian cooking and I have tried many restaurant and realize that once you get out of the United States the food changes. ..."I realize that Asian food in the US is Americanized and not truly Asia but China Wok in Wilburton Oklahoma is the closest to authentic Asian cooking that I have found in the US the food is amazing the flavors meld in perfect harmony and if you travel and have a favorite dish that you cannot find in the US just because they do not have it on the menu does not mean that the chef will not fix it for you I have never have a bad meal at this restaurant and it is one of the best Asian restaurants if not the best in American Chinese cooking I would recommend this restaurant to all my especially those that love good food.
