They also run a take away service so the front of the restaurant is always going to be busy. They also have some sort of loyalty card - they use the technology to identify you. I'm just trying to emphasise this is a well run or well ollied enterprise with a professional approach. I think the menu is a little limited but still good. Surprisingly, I thought the vegetarian options were limited. Realistically, in any restaurant ther is going to be a tendency to try adn encourage you to finish your course or the meal as soon as possible so they can bring in more customers.
