  "We were staying in a hotel just minutes away. Rather than eat in the hotel dining room, we decided to see what else Lyndhurst had to offer on a Saturday evening! This was the nearest restaurant, and as we approached we could see that the car park was packed - several vehicles double-parked - so we ..."were not optimistic of getting a table for the four of us. We were greeted almost immediately (despite the staff all being very busy) and advised that a table should become available within about 45 minutes. Having decided to wait we were seated in the bar area and brought some menus. Great selection of dishes and a large range of "specials" - all of which were still available - unusual on a Saturday evening at 9pm! The waiter took our orders and, after only 30 mins waiting, we were shown to our table. The food arrived shortly afterwards.
