"What a great blend of hospitality, service, and quality dinners! We always count on Paoletti's to be high on our list of fond memories of our visits to the area and once again we were not disappointed. The entire staff is beyond accommodating and gracious in every detail. Our server was friendly..." and helpful and made the night most enjoyable for our party of eight which at times is difficult to coordinate, but he was great. Thanks so much, can't wait till our return!

"We've been following our friend and chef Chris Dupont for a number of years now so when we learned he was @ Wolfgang's we went. He is in charge of the "specials". Chris came to our table and I said "bring us your food creations".....
What followed was magnificent. 5 Tapas ....Angel Hair, Lobste..."r, Venison, Quail egg, Osters, mellon..... wow followed by a main course on a long plate with bouillabaisse, potatoes and a salad like mound of wonder. Its was sublimely exotic.
Wolfgang and his wife and staff including Annalise do a stellar job. Huge wine list.....
This is a "must" destination for food lovers.

Food: Goat cheese salad was out of this world. Flash fried goat cheese medallion, strawberries, spinach and vinaigrette. Simple and divine. I will be back for this dish alone! The triggerfish had a very generous portion perfectly prepared. The ribeye was a show-stopper. The quality of the meat and the perfect preparation put it in a class of it's own. The peppercorn blue cheese sauce only enhanced the steak. Be sure to order that sauce! The blueberry bread pudding and apple tartlet were both wonderful.
Value: The higher prices reflect fresh, high quality ingredients and the expertise of a chef who knows how to create a fantastic c...
