  "We've been following our friend and chef Chris Dupont for a number of years now so when we learned he was @ Wolfgang's we went. He is in charge of the "specials". Chris came to our table and I said "bring us your food creations"..... What followed was magnificent. 5 Tapas ....Angel Hair, Lobste..."r, Venison, Quail egg, Osters, mellon..... wow followed by a main course on a long plate with bouillabaisse, potatoes and a salad like mound of wonder.
