  "A wonderful alternative for foodies at last! Chef Carlos has developed a great, what appears to be, a wonderful menu. I say "appears to be" as this restaurant only opened May 3rd and we haven't had a chance to try everything. My companions had the Signature Cubano Sandwich and Fish Taco. The san..."dwich was large, made with fresh ingredients and wonderfully tasty. The taco was reported to be one of the best she's had in a very long time. I had the Churrasco Cubano and it was very tasty and authentic. For desert the Peach Carlotta made our knees weak it was so good. We left full and happy that the place is here where we live. We anxiously await for when dinner will be available May 17th. The service was prompt and friendly. We ate there on the 5th. They opened essentially unannounced on the 3rd with a new staff.
