  "While visiting Branson we went to this hidden treasure for lunch. The pizza dough is made fresh daily, hand tossed with herbs added and the sauce is home made. The veggies were fresh cut and the use of high gluten flour made this the perfect pizza. My ultimate test is having pizza the next ..."day to see how it holds up. The dough kept its texture and it was not at all greasy. Perfect for breakfast or lunch the next day. We also had the wings and "hose" rolls. Both were very good and cooked just right. When you walk in the menu is on the back of simulation of a fire truck with the lights flashing. The servers wear fireman pants with suspenders and there are fireman hats for the kids.
