I had the Pargo Rojo Grillado (grilled with a dry rub that was favorful but not hot and perfectly complemented the Red Snapper), I ordered it with the head removed. My date had the Carne Asada which came prepared cooked medium rare as he requested and was grilled nicely. The sweet plantain chips that came with my meal tasted wonderful even though I don't usually care for plantains. We tried the Columbian beer Aquilla which was great as well. The prices were reasonable for the large portions you receive and the service was excellent.
