They do start with the best and freshest ingredients, some of them you would not come across often (e.g. watermelon radishes, rainbow carrots), but they do put a lot of care on the preparation and we loved the food! Loved the dessert too. Had a white chocolate cheesecake, which was surprisingly light for a cheesecake. Very pleasant surprise! All in all a great foodie experience.   "First time visiting this restaurant. Very pleased. Staff very friendly. We went for lunch and had the buffet. Not a huge buffet, but for me the right size. Staff and other customers were helpful as I am not familiar with Indian cuisine. I chose a little of most offerings and was quite pleased. ..." Staff was right on top of keeping the buffet full. Our waiter recommended what beer for my husband to try. He had a Harpoon IPA and he said that it paired perfectly with his meal. One minor complaint would be that the wine was a little on the pricey side. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor was quite lovely, not over the top.
