Fancy sushi? Yes. Overpriced (but delicious) steak? Most certainly. But BBQ? Ok--I am game. We get there super fast (less than a 6-9 minute drive from Andrews Air AFB. Walked in and was immediately seated. Our waiter was quick with drinks and even faster with delivering our food. My husband had the double decker sandwich with the cole slaw and I had the brisket plate with potato salad. Both sides were very tasty. The mains were right on par with a decent Texas BBQ joint IMHO. I checked Trip Advisor and found Texas Ribs and BBQ. We are brisket fans, especially Texas BBQ, so the reviews were promising. Noon..." on a weekday and the parking lot was packed, but we were seated within five minutes. Our server was fast, courteous, and accurate. The place was full of airmen from nearby Andrews AFB, but our food was brought out quickly. The beef brisket, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, Texas toast...it was mouthwatering and delicious to the last bite! No leftovers at all!
