  "We came looking for two things: cajun music and crawfish. We found both and both were excellent. The crawfish were enormous. Truly huge. And excellently boiled with a good, if quite salty seasoning mix. The night we stopped in there was a four piece cajun band singing traditional mostly french ..."songs. They were also excellent and we enjoyed the music, food and atmosphere very much. A perfect night, really. We had also had an enormous amount of crawfish for lunch so we were perhaps not as starving as we could or should have been. It was all you could eat crawfish night and several of the couples around us polished off somewhere between 8 and 12 lbs (per couple), brought in standard trays of 4lbs a piece. For us they kindly dumbed it down to a measely two pounds (we had had 4lbs for lunch). But we clearly were not pulling our weight.
