  "Chicago is a city with wall to wall fantastic restaurants. The Chicago Chop House is great, McCormick and Schmicks is also great but the creme de la creme, capo di capi, head honcho has to be Gibsons. I have never tasted steak like the steak served in Gibsons. It is just wonderful."
