  "As a former Miamian that has to return occasionally for pleasure and business, I was quite impressed with Town Kitchen and Bar. Forget about the now touristy "South Beach" or "Coconut Grove" (though still some good shopping and a new gourmet burger joint). Other areas are taking off. South Miami is ..."the insiders Miami. Some great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fun, non-threatening place to hang out. Speaking Spanish is helpful but not required. Honestly.. and I have never written a review like this.. I don't remember. Great dinner, I vaguely remember a fish taco kind of thing at one point. The place is open late. Next thing I know, there is a DJ, lots of beautiful people.   "Fabulous Portuguese Fare in South Miami"
  "On a recent trip to visit family in Miami I chose this restaurant out more because of a desire for Portuguese food than knowing anything about the restaurant. The appetizers were plentiful for five adults and everyone in my party was extremely satisfied with their main courses.   "Nice Trattoria with excellent food. Steady quality and service."
  "We had a late dinner celebration and came back to Trattoria Sole. There were only two tables as it was fairly late but they were more than happy to take care of us. There were five in our group and we had Spaghetti Vongole, Risotto Funghi, Polipo Olivo (Octopus), Fettucini Ragu, Spaghetty Alio/Oli..." and Broiled Salmon. All the dishes were excellent, particularly the Octopus with the Beans, outstanding! The Salmon was ample and expertly prepared and the pasta dishes were also excellent. We even had a fish Ceviche (in an Italian Trattoria!) that was outstanding. Total price for five including tip was $240 or $48 per person, with eight drinks included. Good service , excellent quality and reasonable prices. No wonder they are so succesful! " More >
