  "The great thing here is variety on the buffet. Large salad bar, plenty of good old vegetables , meats and of course desserts. I stick with the vegetables always enjoy collard greens, sweet potato casserole, etc. the cherry cobbler and bread pudding are scrumptious."

  "I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoy this place. The food is great & I like the way the staff keeps the food hot & fresh. They maintain the awareness that a buffet needs. I could go on about fred's food but there are other reasons I go to Fred's. I don't get up early on a "Sunday Morn" just to..." go eat, BUT I will for Fred's. There is one person I would like to speak out about, Her name is Judy. When I was in the restaurant business for 23-24 yrs, & had to retire for family reasons. But I've "NEVER" seen anyone love their job like she does. The time she takes to make not only HER guests but all others is AWESOME. I was there on Father's Day & enjoyed watching her bounce from one guest to another NEVER neglecting her own guests, PLUS cleaning up after others, never missing a beat. My husband LOVES coffee & never has an empty cup the whole time.If ya'll use her to also train your wait staff, those girls would never go home with emoty pockets.   "we all know our specials and fav's at a chain restaurant. The female waitresses are dressed a bit scanty with more skin showing then I need to see when getting my lunch delivered. They were polite and efficient nonetheless. Food was what we expected, except there was a luncheon special going on that..." I was not aware of and when bill came it was way less then I expected which was a nice change. The store manager was very conscientious and truly interacted with the customers and make sure we were happy with our stay, Even so far as noticing that I had ordered shrimp on my dinner and that was not a typical topping, Stated he may have to consider suggesting that particular dish.
