Surprisingly the snow crab legs were tasty, not soaked in hot salt water as typically done on a buffet and they were easy to clean. The prime rib was as good as any other tho it could have been cooked a bit more thoroughly. I don't like red beef so had a piece cut off the end. All the other offerings were fairly typical for this type of buffet. Salads, a cold seafood bar/salads, and desserts were included but not drinks. Jessica, our waitress, was delightful. She responded immediately to our comment the lobster claws were a bit dry by bringing us freshly cooked lobsters from the kitchen, as many times as we wanted.
