"Laurel is a diner in a white painted cinderblock building that is nothing to look at, and easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Then you enter; it is home in the best sense. I only have the corned beef hash special because it is so good, and I only am able to absorb so much cholesterol each mon..."th. You get corned beef hash with eggs on top, bacon or sausage, home fries, and toast. I always ask for the home fries extra crispy, which I get, so they are crusty and full of flavor. The corned beef hash is not out of a can and delicious. I usually sit at the counter with locals. When I sit at a table/booth with friends, the experience of the atmosphere is not the same. Staff are friendly and make you feel as if you're about to become their best friend. Great breakfast spot.

"Leo's is well known as a breakfast spot, but it is a great lunch and light dinner spot. All the food is good, but I prefer Laurel Diner for the corned beef hash special, because the hash at Leo's does not taste homemade. Other meals are excellent and well worth the price. Service is quick and friend..."ly, as well as efficient. Highly popular and busy, but worth any wait you may have.

I don't..." know how he does what he does, but he does it so fast as with such ease. Come to find out, his sister-in-law was cooking with him (Stephanie's sister). They seemed to make a great team at the grill. Thats another thing that I like about this place. It's family owned and operated...I believe that aspect is very important, especially in a restaurant...they also make you feel like family. The staff is always smiling, I saw them joking around...it's a pleasant, fast paced environment that is great to be in. Stephanie and the other server (I can't remember her name) worked wonderfully together as well. They seemed to be on rollerskates they move so fast! Back to the food, I had the day's special...
