I have lived on the coast and know that crab cakes are supposed to be made of crab with breadcrumbs on the outside for crispiness, not as filler, and you almost never get that in a restaurant. But here we did. Thr..."ee of us ate here and we all agreed that the food was the best of our trip down the coast from the San Juan Islands to San Francisco. The pub has a casual feeling and food good enough for the fanciest of settings. For me, that is the best of both worlds. On top of that the prices are reasonable. Someday, I hope to be back here.
