They usually serve it with some sauce on top of steak, a tiny portion of guacamole on the side along with a small piece of cornbread. One thing that I do not like about this dish is the sauce; therefore, I always tell them I do not want the sauce and to place enchilada on the side since the enchilada comes with a red sauce too.
