Hot comes warm with tender chunks of buttery lobster, cold is is chilled lobster lightly coated in a mayonnaise dressing. I chose the cold one and the traditional split roll was bursting with lovely tender chunks of lobster. I ate the whole thing and washed it down wtih a lovely vodka tangerine cocktail. Since it was Mother's Day I wanted dessert too. We split a piece of chocolate cream pie, which actually tasted like there was chocolate in it!
