  "This restaurant is a destination, not a hotel restaurant. WOW. The chef is exceptionally talented, and I hope the Four Seasons can hold on to him. I started my meal with a complimentary ricotta/pistachio/citrus taster that was out of this world. When I kept asking about it, the chef came out to ..."tell me exactly how he makes it. I've decided there are way too many steps for me to try it at home, but that's what makes this place so special -- they go all out to give you food that you would never or could never replicate at home. Next, I had the cod. Let me start by saying I think I'm a fairly good cook, and I make cod a lot. This cod blew me away. It had a perfect crust from just the right searing. The fish itself was moist and savory. How to get that crust without overcooking, I have no idea. But it was simply astounding. I am sad that the Four Seasons is booked for my next trip, but I might just have to cab it over to have another incredible meal. " More >
