Among our favorites are the 3 cheese omelets, baked ham and cheese omelet, corn beef hash with eggs and potatoes, beef liver with baked potato, Rueben sandwich, fish and chips, etc. I would be remiss if I did not also mention the free entry coupons that the Brig publishes in the local newspapers. For we retired seniors it is an added blessing. A "tip of the hat" should also be extended to the fine cooking staff who rapidly prepare the food.
