the food orders are for sharing good enough to feed 2 to 3 hungry person in ur case just 2 hungry person, they do oofer ulimited rice meal too.
but the capper of this meal is there much talked about ice cream, that even locals rave about we get to test it

"Of course, we could not just leave Legaspi without savouring to the finest chilli ice cream, and the famous mayon ravioli, the white pinangat pasta and the Bicol express pasta! Small talk cafe did all the works to satisfy our gustations! :)
The cafe's cosy atmosphere feels like we were a Bicol ..."home grown citizens plus the classic set up of the place gave us true connection to the rich history and culture of Bicol!
The staff of the cafe we're all accommodating (though at some point they've gone too far that pissed me off). They took orders though it was not available that time. Well, not really a big issue, We were there to eat their best!
We'd all tried their specialties, where it can only be tasted to to their cafe. Pasta mayon ranked first. It's a ravioli pasta with laing inside of it, complimented with red tuna sauce. "Once again small talk has pulled through in flying colors! I had the mayon pasta (super hot) it was outstanding! For dessert I had the Mayon hot lava it's a concoction of chili ice cream, syrup pili nuts Choco syrup, chilis ( yes chilis!) strawberry with chilis mixed in, vanilla and chocolate ice..." cream (sorry folks if I forgot anything) totally awesome. Never forget it and I will talk about this for a long time. Best experience and culinary delight in Bicol. Try it. I am sure you will like it. Foreigners and locals alike....I will return.
