The food was gourmet quality, even though it was cheap and cooked by a very young chef. I had a delicious eggplant and tofu dish and my husband had a bountiful, crisp salad; we also both got fruit and yogurt smoothies. What could be more perfect than perching in our seats overlooking both the incredible lake view and the fascinating local town; eating beautiful, scrumptious food for a low price; and even getting to be inspired by an organization doing good things in the community? I peek into their open kitchen, it was absolutely spotless, and I see the young chef wear disposable gloves to prepare salad, And constantly cleaning when they are not busy, which shows they are really into their hygiene. We had the eggplant with chicken & tofu, the tast was rich, yet clean favour with red pepper, very healthy & yummy. We saw other chicken or burger dish come out with great salad too! this place has better food than a lot of the place in panajaehel, we have been back a few times while we stay in Santa Cruz.
