  "We were in Drake Bay in February of 2013 and had a blast! Of all the places in town Gringo Curt's Seafood was our favorite! We ate there about three times during our visit, each time better then the last. He has three things on his menu (we heard him tell visitors this many times.) He has fresh ..."fish tacos, fresh fish wrapped in a banana leaf and grilled, and a pasta dish. The portions are very large, you will not find fish fresher anywhere! He also has wine, and beer, and a rum punch that is VERY good. I had quite a few of them while we were there. Of all the places we ate in Costa Rica this one was the best, we talk all the time about wanting to go back and visit Drake Bay mainly to visit with Jamie and Craig at Casita Corcovado and to eat at Gringo Curt’s! Starting with the "menu", it's only what is the catch of the day, which you can chose to be prepared in three different ways. We choose the "wrapped up in bananaleaf on an op..."en fire". Combined with grilled vegetables and very nice mashed potato's. The honesty of gringo Curt is exceptional, as he offers you to just order one portion for two, because you'll probably have enough.
