  "We have just spent a couple of weeks in Argentina, including Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Salta. It's a bit difficult to find vegetables or leafy greens in Argentina, as meat is the standard, although both chicken and fish are available as well. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel clerk (Hotel ..."Verrey). We prefer outdoor seating when possible, and Jovi had it. Before we ordered, a wonderful large appetizer appeared - eggplant slices and white beans - both heaped on the plate. (Salta Province grows all of Argentina's beans, but 70% are exported.) We tried it - it was so tasty that we ordered another plate, which was also left bare. We then ordered grilled white salmon steaks and chard. The chard came heaped on a large full plate for each of us, and was sauteed with onions and garlic, It was just delicious. The salmon steaks were barbecued, and flavorful.
