  "As the Francophone reviewers have said, it's called White, and the decor is stripped back to white. It feels modern, but without being pretentious. The food was fantastic, with a wide choice of meat and fish dishes for mains (we didn't look at starters when we saw the desserts - OMG, they were soooo..." good!), pastas etc. The menu is kind of French, but with hints of other places from Asia to Belgium?! Sounds strange, but the flavours were excellent... In addition, the staff were excellent: spoke to us in English and French (we were one local and one Kiwi/Brit), friendly and generally good natured, with some superb management of a tipsy customer at another table... This place is a bit out of the way, out of Papeete's CBD and next to the new hospital. However, it is well worth the trip. A real find! " More >
