  "We came here on our first night in Phangnan as it was just outside our hotel, the Panviman. I was instantly drawn by the beautiful setting and calm atmosphere where people are invited to kick off their shoes and relax. Once seated with a wine & beer, we ordered a duck roll to share for starters whic..."h was outstanding. For mains my husband had a chicken phenang and I had a kingfish curry, both with rice. I can't tell you how good they were! The fish was incredible, the best I've had. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we ordered the trio of desserts which again, was great. Staff were incredibly friendly and the owner himself was walking round talking to people and ensuring they were enjoying their food. Amazingly, the bill was only 950 baht, excellent considering the quality of food. Overall THE best meal we've had in Thailand over the past 2 weeks. We're going back again before we leave!! " More >
