It used to be the only bar in town that was actually fairly douche free; unlike the Concordia patio or Gallery for instance. Now its a fashion show like the rest. All in all; its the people that make the venue. Unfortunately, Ocp is now in a different category. While the staff is still cordial and quick, the patronage of idiots with staring problems is now immense. The patio is like a runway to judge and be judged. While even docuhier guys speed their white audis and BMWs up and down the street without consequence. All of this has not to do with OCP itself i suppose.   "This is one of the best Hungarian/Romanian traditional restaurants I have ever been. I have been 5-6 times so far yet, this is my first review about this place. We arrived late on a Friday night only to find out that kitchen closes at 23:30 which is really great! As appetizers, we ordered some sp..."icy chicken wings, zakuska spread, and some paprikas. As for main course, we had the mixed grill for 2 people (we were 3 and still, it was ore than enough). The waiter was EXCELLENT. He recommended a local Rose wine versus my choice of another Rose and he was right! He was professional, and friendly. (Note: he changed the ashtrays 3 times, even if there was only one cigarrette in the ashtray.) We completed our dinner with an order of dessert, Somloi Galuska, which is really tasty. Total cost excluding tip: 165 RON. Tip is usually 10% but in this case, the waiter deserved something better, so 25 RON it was his tip for an excellent service. " More >
