I’m not usually a one to seek out ‘British’ bars on holiday – it’s all about experiencing the local stuff right - but this isn’t your usual Brit ..."pub. Dawn and her (Tunisian) husband Ramsi provided us with a real home-from-home but with their own inimitable Tunisian twist……so have the baked Sea Bream with the lovely, if strong, local wine (Magon), or take advantage of Dawn’s wonderful home-made cooking (as my husband did at least twice!) and indulge in a steak pie! If you’re not happy going to a roadside café to experience local food, or are just sick of the pseudo-Euro nonsense you’ll probably get on your hotel ‘AI’ menu, then visit Shakespeare for a real comforting treat…and if you’re a sports fan, then you’ve got to pay Shakespeare a visit – you’ll never miss a match or game!   "Picked up and dropped off to our hotel for free, which was nice. A bit expensive and very seafood orientated. Live seafood brought to your table whether you ask for it or not. We didnt want to sea lobsters and crayfish wriggling about but we did."
