  "This restaurant is located at the old Maggies, a long-time Avalon staple. The decor of the old restaurant had been getting a bit dated and Kudos did a great job of updating it. We sat at one of the inside booths which we prefer because they provide more privacy. There are also inside tables near ..."the windows and outside deck seating as well. My wife and I both ordered iced tea which came promptly. I ordered the hamburger patty melt and my wife ordered the chicken ceasar wrap. My hamburger was prepared as ordered and I thought the meat was of good quality. It came with homemade tortilla chips which I thought were very good. The salsa was only fair. My wife was happy with her wrap. Our server was very pleasant. Our only complaint was the that the air conditioning was way too cold.
