The staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is delightful and cozy. It's a perfect place to sit and while away the afternoon on ..."a rainy Puerto Varas day (particularly with the little fire in the corner of the café). It isn't located in town but is only about a 10 minute walk from the centre - well worth it (and you'll probably need to walk off the sweet treat you're likely to indulge in anyway!).
