The mushrooms are fresh. Not tinned. The bacon is fried crispy and is from good meat. What I personally find a good indication is that local people eat here too. Often you see a group of guardai, people from the airport, road workers, the kind of people I associate with people that know a good breakfast when they see it. They also do desserts and pies. And these too are very good quality. While eating you have a view of the kitchen and is warms the heart to see the staff busy with fresh ingredients.   "We had a meal on the first night of our stay at the oakwood arms hotel, found the staff very pleasent ,the food was cooked to order so had a bit of a wait but worth it was very tasty .Veg portions a bit small but got more on request. Overall very happy with our meal,"
