  "If visiting the area to admire the Cascate del Toce waterfall or to enjoy the Terme di Premia spa, which is right behind this restaurant, do stop here for a meal. As the 'farm' which is essential to being able to open an 'agriturismo' is not immediately visible, this is more like a small restaurant..." than the usual agriturismo, but the food was excellent. We visited on a weekday lunchtime, and there was a constant stream of people clearly on lunch break who came for the 'menu del giorno' (day's specials), usually a guarantee of good food and good value. That menu did not feature any local specialities, so we went for the 'a la carte' menu and shared one portion of Val d'Ossola speciality meats .... they were fantastic!
