One was call gattafin which resembled a pierogi only with a filo-like pocket rather than a heavy dumpling. It was stuffed with “Mediterranean herbs” but they t..."asted like spinach. It was excellent however. The other dish was a trofie (Ligurian pasta) with a walnut sauce that was very light and delicate. It was wonderful.
