  "I see the last review 18 May slates this restaurant and can't understand why! We were there the same night! Firstly the waitress was lovely, humorous and attentive. I ordered risotto and was asked if waiting for it to be freshly cooked was ok, I found this reassuring. My wife had a lovely pizza and ..."the mixed salad was excellent. Ok so it's a take away too, and yes locals were buying their food from here so again I found this as a local endorsement. This is out of town but very close to our hotel so was an excellent choice. This actually ranked as one of the better restaurants we ate at in Sorrento. Meal was €40 which included two mains, a side, a wine and a pint of draft beer and a pudding, good value. " More >

  "Delicious meal, perfect Italian atmosphere"
  "Visited this restaurant 2 nights ago. We stumbled upon it while walking the streets of Sorrento shortly after we arrived, starved! It had a very welcoming look and feel. Felt like a nice authentic Italian experience. We were not disappointed! There was a short wait to get a patio table, so we wer..."e seated inside for about ten minutes with a glass of complimentary prosecco. The service was good - friendly, attentive staff. The food was delicious - had a lovely thin-crust pizza and pasta (Sorrento style = mozzarella topped). Two downsides, which unfortunately just come with the territory in Italy (much to my surprise and chagrin) - no designated smoking areas (read inhaling smoke during your meal - disgusting) and a service charge (putting bread you didn't request on your able and charging for it).
