  "I was alone in Wiesbaden and this restaurant was across the plaza from my hotel. It looked nice (white table cloths and I could see other single diners inside). Started with an Aperol Spritz which was made really well. Them the salade Provençal which was a lovely mix of shrimp apples, light cheese, ..."mixed greens, red onion and tomato. Delicious with a Riesling. But next came the most delicious Flammkuchen which is like a Flemmish pizza with white sauce, bacon, onion, and a light cheese. The crust was VERY light and flaky.
