  "My buddy and I were on a bus tour looking for a place to try the famous Bordeaux wines while in town when we came across Le Wine Bar while walking down the cobblestone alleys. We almost didn't stop because we had to order food to sit down and drink, but we ended up getting a cheese plate. Boy am I g..."lad we did! They get a fresh local selection of cheeses every week and we really enjoyed what was there. The truffle cheese is the best cheese I've ever tasted; it's very special stuff. We ended up talking with the owner for quite a while. He's a really fun & friendly guy, speaks good English, and was happy to tell us all about the area and his travels around Europe. The wines were amazing and affordable. We had a flight of reds from all over Europe and a surprisingly delicious variety from Israel. We felt like locals.
