  "We visited the Slaters Arms four times during a recent week long stay in Cannich. Loved the friendly atmosphere and enthusiastic welcome from the spaniels. Great hospitality and lovely food. And just perfect for a pint after a day in the mountains."

  "We didn't eat here but I can't agree more - Just what a pub should be!! Do not judge a book by its cover - just go in. We had a great welcome, brilliant staff, excellent real ale, live music and good company. I hovered outside; dogs are sometimes a problem but our Border Terrier (Tattie Bogle) was ..."ushered in by lovely Richard and a bowl of fresh water provided for her...not to mention a paper cup full of cheesey biscuits! We didn't see our terrier all evening as she and the biscuits did the rounds. I wish my local was half so welcoming. We will be back.....and we'll try the food next time. thanks to everyone involved.
