"Expensive food doesn't always mean good food. And inexpensive food can sometimes be delightful. We walked by Little Jerusalem knowing nothing about the neighborhood (its just a Main Street) and I noticed it resembled a hole-in-the-wall I used to love back in California. The menu looked affordable an..."d we gambled and ordered a lamb shawarma.
For $7, it was pretty impressive. The flavors are rememberable and it's quite filling. One of these could probably feed two lighter eaters. One caution though, some of the food can be spicy so you may need to ask them to hold the peppers. I would actually ask them to go easy on the "mayo" sauce as well -- though I could see certain people loving it for its distinct flavor.
I actually ate there three times and was never disappointed. If you're on a budget, LJ was one of the best options that we found: and you may end up with leftovers for a second meal.

"1st I'd like to thank all those trip advisor reviewers who gave this restaurant such good reviews, else we never would have gone to Bajatzu. From the moment we walked in everything was superb. I'm sorry but I cannot remember our waiters name but he gave us impeccable service. All of the service w..."e received rivaled any fine dining restaurant in the states. Our drinks were the best we received on the island. I wish we had gone to this restaurant at the first of the week instead of toward the end. However this will be our last night visit. Now for the food. The calamari was excellent although spicy (husband thought too much but I loved it). Others had the special crab appetizer which was wonderful and the beef carpaccio. All fabulous. The brad and salad were killer. The flounder special was cooked to perfection. Our steaks were very good with the Roquefort and peppercorn sauces. All in all a fabulous treat and can't wait to go back,

"This restaurant had the best grouper and mahi mahi. If you're on Simpson Bay and want some delicious seafood then this is definitely the place. The ambiance is romantic with scenes of the Simpson Bay Lagoon and the sun setting behind the mountains. For desert try the apple tart with vanilla ice crea..."m and the key lime pie.
