We both had the pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious - which is saying somethin..."g for me because I'm not usually a fan of the pulled pork, it's often too salty for me. The presentation was neat. Everything was served on these wooden boards, they looked like old school cutting boards. There were tiny jars of what looked like homemade pickles, also very tasty. The décor was very rustic and the service very good and helpful. And they have a cute idea of having customers sign a guest book when they receive their bill. Needless to say, I'd go back again.   "We were a party of 27, a very special occasion we were celebrating. Le Charbon had a special place for all of us to sit without having to take over the restaurant. We had a very attentive, knowledgeable and experience waits staff. He was fast, efficient and was able to explain the kind of meat t..."hey had and how to pair it with wine. The gentleman was very attentive to our wants and needs. There were others who help wait our party and never were they intrusive. Not one of our parties complained about the service or food. I ordered a 6 ounce filet mignon, medium, I truly enjoyed my fillet mignon. It was cooked to perfection and served with a baked potatoe and greens, I also ordered a side of mushrooms, it came in its own little black dish, the mushrooms were an assortment and very delicious.
