The chef is Greek. We only had Spanakopita, Garlic Hummus, Greek Salad, Dolmades, pita bread. The Spanakopita was perfect that even my husband who hates spinach loved it. The Hummus which I have labeled garlic is made from fresh garlic so be prewarned to those who are used to store purchased Hummus - this is the real thing.
