We wanted to get a jump on the day's heat so we tried to get there around opening time (7:30am by their ads), however it was approaching 8am and we were about to leave before a man in running gear walked up and said ..."that he would be opening soon. We decided to wait and in the meantime had a great conversation with Philip, one of the owners who hails form Columbia. It was a private dining experience since we were the only ones on the island absurd enough to get up before 10am, so we were able to converse while the restaurant staff was setting up. They have a wide variety of fresh juices which you can mix and match for the perfect tropical start to your day. I went with the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and was not disappointed.
