  "We ate at the Marlin our first night. The Hilton called for our reservations. I had the scallops that were delicious and my husband had the grouper with mashed potatoes that was overloaded with butter sauce. Overall the dinning experience was very good."

  "My husband needed a break from seafood night so we chose Hemingway's Grill. He had the pork with rice & beans. I chose the fried shrimp (too salty) that had large beautiful gulf shrimp for dinner. The staff was very attentive and the view was beautiful."
