"My last review was in 2011. We have been back many times since. The only time we do not eat here when we are in Burgundy is when the Chef and his wife are on holiday! The restaurant, entry chamber and washrooms have all been renovated very nicely.
This Saturday lunch time we chose not to have..." a Menu but went a la carte. Our foie gras poele was sublime - perfectly cooked and our pigeon was as it should be, accompanied by a delicious slice of baked gratin potatoes and young, fresh vegetables in a gelee.
As always the service was exemplary with Madam running the show and the same fantastically proper and charming maitre d'hotel. They deserve a Michelin Star for sure.
