The restaurant, entry chamber and washrooms have all been renovated very nicely. This Saturday lunch time we chose not to have..." a Menu but went a la carte. Our foie gras poele was sublime - perfectly cooked and our pigeon was as it should be, accompanied by a delicious slice of baked gratin potatoes and young, fresh vegetables in a gelee. As always the service was exemplary with Madam running the show and the same fantastically proper and charming maitre d'hotel. They deserve a Michelin Star for sure. " More >
