  "Don't be fooled by the name of restaurant. Visited there last July after a gap of 7 years. Was recognised by owner right away. Selection and quality of food is the best. Even just dropping in for coffee or drinks. This place gets very busy at weekends by locals. That's proof in itself."

We had sangria to drink,caesar salad that comes with chicken and bacon already but no anchovies, house grilled meat (beef grilled with veg) served with jacket potato, and a tomato sauce. Meat is their..." speciality and it was cooked perfectly. We also finished off with a nato cake a local dessert made from custard and almond flour. Even the quality if coffee here is good. The place gives a feeling that its run by a family and the attention was great, not in your face but attentive at the same time. They are well spoken in English and caring to young children. The little details are lovely. Its a tiny bit pricey but definitely worth it. Note that the sangria was strong unlike most of the watered down versions we have had had in the past. " More >
