  "Loved this restaurant. It was in country, 4.5 k from our Golden Tulip Galilei hotel on Aurelia Sud. Opens at 8 pm (closed Monday-Tuesday). The large dining room had as its focal attraction a giant wood fire grill. The maestro/chef worked at his prep table in plain sight and then threw the various it..."ems on the grill. Meat was the main focal point. We actually had a vegetarian antipasto, which was four kinds of appetizers: a mushroom tart; pumpkin with almonds; a quiche; and squash. All delicious. Skipped (first course and did second course, which is the meat. We had chicken, and a beef that was cut in thin slices, topped with watercress and pomegranate sauce. Delicious. The only suggestion is decrease salt. Everything--bruschetta; mushroom tart; main courses--was over salted. Still tasting the salt in the night. There is an unnecessary bread basket placed on table at start; don't bother. The bruschetta--brushed with garlic, tomato and sprinkled with oregano is fabulous. No credit cards!... " More >
